Adventures in Food: Strawberries and Black-Eyed Peas

This week on “Adventures in Food”…

…Little Bit, Ellisa, seems to tolerate everything she tries. Yes! While Hudson’s warming up to most foods, not all foods are warming up to Hudson. Tune in next week for a special sour episode to see how the twin’s taste buds transform when they try pickle juice and sauerkraut juice. Yikes, that’s some serious sourness.

Strawberries and Black-Eyed Peas: Both twins liked strawberries. No positive or negative reactions, but I’ve learned that if they keep opening their mouths, they like it. However, Hudson’s little body did not take the strawberries too well.

MOM WARNING: Strawberries may give your baby a case of the runs. Yuk!

Black-eyed peas got evil looks from both babies initially but once mixed with a little cereal, both seemed to take them fine. Hudson dislikes them more than Ellisa but if he’s hungry, he’ll eat them.

Grandpa Tom is feeding Ellisa and lovin’ it!
